The Gut Rheinau operates a versatile agriculture that aims to create a self-contained farm individuality and tries to achieve a balance between the economic possibilities and the needs of nature and man. The estate is situated in the middle of the picturesque and idyllic banks of the Rhine and is operated on a biodynamic basis. Profits generated are not taken out of Gut Rheinau, but are returned to the soil, animals and human coexistence.

Dr. Brauwolf

Dr. Brauwolf was opened in August 2017 by pharmacist and virologist Dr. Stefan Wolf as the first show craft brewery in the city of Zurich. All beers are handmade, fresh, and come without pasteurisation or preservation, in other words, true to the motto 'Fresh Local Craft Beer'. The team works according to strict scientific guidelines. Equally, a lot of emphasis is placed on innovation and creativity, which guarantees an exciting and varied taste experience.

The Hardwald brewery was established in summer 2011 and is located in the middle of the Glattal - very close to the Hardwald. The small brewery offers four different beers: the best-selling "Glattgold", the somewhat more distinctive "Urban Ale", the dark beer "Dunkel" and a fantastic "Weizen".
