The Gut Rheinau operates a versatile agriculture that aims to create a self-contained farm individuality and tries to achieve a balance between the economic possibilities and the needs of nature and man. Dr. Brauwolf was opened in August 2017 by pharmacist and virologist Dr. Stefan Wolf as the first show craft brewery in the city of Zurich.
