Brauerei Locher
Since 1886, the Locher family has been brewing Appenzeller beer, now in its fifth generation. The award-winning range includes over 40 beer specialties, made with fresh water, barley malt, hops, and yeast. Since 1999, the Säntis Malt distillery has been producing premium, internationally recognized single malt whiskies. From the brewery’s by-products, they also create fine balsamic beer vinegars in the CréaCeto vinegar manufactory and sustainable "brewbee specialties."
Black&Blaze
A small and exclusive coffee roastery on the Forch, not far from Zurich. Exceptional, high-quality and fair-trade coffee with sustainable cultivation. They are the helicopter parents among coffee roasters and do everything from the selection of the green coffee to the brewing to ensure that their baby is absolutely perfect.
