In July and August, Rank opens its stage to curious ears. Club Summer is our seasonal concert series – a warm-up while we await the next edition of Live am Rank 25/26.
Whether it's emerging voices or established names, our cool summer space becomes a playground for fresh sounds, new material, and spontaneous sets.

Kunst&Kulinarik: Nils Wograms Nostalgia
With Nils Wogram’s Nostalgia, jazz tradition meets an uncompromising present. Together with Arno Krijger and Dejan Terzić, Wogram creates a new, organic sound built on their broad musical language. Their new album The Walk is inspired by long walks, where walking itself becomes a musical principle: a transformation from external rhythm to inner flow. The music unfolds like steps along a path that is never planned, but rather felt.
Music that breathes, moves with lightness, yet always remains focused. The trio plays with a natural ease that has grown out of years of collaboration: relaxed, but never arbitrary; detail-oriented, yet always in service of the whole. The Walk continues a musical approach already heard on their Echo award-winning album Nature—only clearer, freer, and even more deeply rooted in the moment.
The concert takes place in the intimate setting of Restaurant Rechberg 1837. Before the music, the kitchen will serve a four-course menu specially created for the evening. As seating is limited, reservations with the concert menu will be given priority. Concert-only tickets may be released at short notice, depending on availability.

WALD. Ein Abend voller Sinnlichkeit & Verbindungen
WALD. ist keine Aufführung, kein Bankett, keine Ausstellung – sondern eine geteilte Bewegung durch Wahrnehmungen, Atmosphären, Verbindungen.
Wir folgen den Rhythmen von Stimmen, Pilzen, Harzen, dem Atem von Bäumen. Wir lassen uns ein, nicht auf eine Geschichte des Waldes, sondern auf seine vielen Stimmen, seine unendlichen Verflechtungen. Ein Abend, der mehr als ein Menü ist.

Fichte / Morgentau – Rauch, Nadeln, Kräuter, Nebel auf der Zunge.

Käfer & Bienen – Wurzeln, Honigfermente, fragile Spuren auf Moos.

Waldbesitzerin – Fleisch, Erde, Beeren, Feuer: Hand, die teilt und nimmt.

Matzutake / Pilze – Brühen und Häute, Reh und Kräuter, wärmend und fremd.

Myzel / Verbindungen – Süß und sauer, Eis und Pulver, Kompott und Fäden.
Das Menü atmet und verändert sich – wie der Wald selbst.

The Rank association
The cultural program is orchestrated by the Rank Association. The non-profit association is both organizationally and financially independent of the gastronomy, with the specific aim of promoting the local music scene.
The association is financed through concert admissions, a cultural percentage of the gastronomic offerings, membership fees, as well as private and public subsidies.
A fair fee is paid to the performing artists.
For Artists
The bands are actively selected and invited by a committee. Applications are not considered.
