Salad of the week: Barley salad with apple dressing and chives.

Pasta of the week: Spinach Tagliolini with young spinach and pecorino.

As always, lunch is served Tuesday to Friday between 11:45 and 14:00, and everything at the Rank kitchen is freshly prepared from scratch with regional ingredients and lots of love.
