Our cuisine is based on local and regional ingredients, following the seasons, and always working sustainably.
From Tuesday to Friday, we serve a selection from our evening menu at lunchtime, along with a weekly changing pasta and salad menu.
Lunch is served Tuesday to Friday between 11:45 and 14:00, and everything is made from scratch in the Rank kitchen.

🍝 Pasta of the Week: Pumpkin Gnocchi
Pan-fried gnocchi with a velvety pumpkin purée, finely sliced pickled pumpkin, and smoked fresh goat cheese.
